I can not buy in the bank.

The Game is very cool. But we havent the option To start a New Game or change the account on iOS

I love this game i play it everyday!... But not being able to buy anything from the bank store is making me like it less... Like id say you guys want my money so why wont you let us buy nothing every time i try it says the item was already bought before and is void or something pretty stupid.... Please fix as soon as possible
I love this game but recently I tried to buy a pack , it says you have 33000 gold plus 1500 and another 19% of 296000 which was suppose to give me almost 90000 but I only had 30000 gold its really annoying because I use my money to get that and I dont have what it says , really sad ,wish I can get it back !
Love the game. Hate the customer service. Between the constant crashes, missed gold and then the magical erasing of my account. Wait time for a response is one week, not "one day"
