Customer Support sucks

The game is fun and I enjoy it. But it has glitches. After a recent Kingdom vs Kingdom event, my city was left behind in the other kingdom. I cant get back to my home kingdom and customer support have not answered any of my tickets. Facebook posts are also not being answered. Same with direct messages. They take your money and you get left high and dry if you have a problem.
I would love to keep playing but sadly I cant
