Highly Unrecommended

In-game purchasing glitches and will charge your account for your purchase without giving you the items or in-game currency that you purchased. I contacted support about the problem in which they asked me for a receipt of the purchase and my User ID. After sending them everything they needed they sent me a confirmation email saying the problem will be taken care of and they would add the in-game currency to my account, which never happened. So I sent another trouble ticket to support with an attachment of the confirmation email as well as all the proof needed to get to this point. They sent me an email asking for a "receipt and User ID" which was sent along with the trouble ticket. So my account has been charged $54 for an in-game package that supposedly cost $49.99 and yet I received nothing from them.
